Our Facility
Named for Grace Lutheran Foundation's original benefactors, M.B. and Myrtle Syverson, Syverson Lutheran Home is a 115-bed, licensed skilled nursing facility. We are located on the banks of the scenic Chippewa River, near downtown Eau Claire. We have spacious private or double-rooms, all with private 1/2 baths. Residents are encouraged to furnish their rooms with personal belongings to enhance our home-like atmosphere.
At Syverson Lutheran Home, we combine a caring staff, individualized treatment planning, and a scenic environment to provide "Excellence with Christian Care". Syverson Home utilizes a high nursing staff to resident ratio to ensure that we not only have time to attend to the physical needs of our residents, but also the time to talk, listen, share, and value each person's individuality.
