Homme Home of Wittenberg provides a wide array of service options, from independent apartment living to skilled nursing care in the least restrictive environment.

Homme Home of Wittenberg provides intensive, skilled, and intermediate levels of nursing care to individuals in need of short-term and long-term health care. Homme's goal is to provide individualized services which enhance the physical, spiritual, social, and mental health needs of individuals while maintaining their dignity and privacy. Private and semiprivate room options allow resident choices, and participation in the care planning process allows for input into the activities of daily living. A full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are provided on both a long-term and short-term basis, as well as to outpatients.

Rainbow Apartments is a six-unit apartment complex designed to meet the needs of retired or semi-retired persons who can live actively within a safe environment. One and two bedroom units are available featuring: emergency call system, enclosed walkway through to the Wittenberg Senior Center, Northcentral Technical College, and Homme Home of Wittenberg, and 2 hours of housekeeping per month. Also availbale on campus are meals, beauty shop, laundry service, and outpatient services.

Carbonero is an 8 unit building offering independent living for those who meet the FHA eligibility standards for low to moderate income.

Wildwood is an 8 unit complex located in rural Bowler. Near a grocery store, restaurant, and churches, it is also for those who meet the FHA standards.

Both Carbonero and Wildwood have handicapped accessable apartments and offer a laundry room with coin operated machines, central lobby and lounge, mail delivery to individual boxes inside the buildings, and concrete patios.

When you cannot live alone but do not need a nursing home, Homme Residential in Wittenberg may be just what you have been looking for.

Homme Residential is a State Licensed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) attached to Homme Home of Wittenberg. It offers independent living with the added security of nursing home services being available if/when needed. Our reasonable rates include 24 hour supervision, medication monitoring, assistance with bathing, nutritious meals and snacks planned by a registered dietician, activities, and individual rooms.

Respite care is a service provided by Homme Home of Wittenberg and Homme Residential. It offers affordable short term stays to people being cared for in their homes, allowing care-givers time away.
