Located on the banks of the Chippewa River in downtown Eau Claire, our facility serves adult individuals of all ages who are in need of professional nursing care. We have spacious private or double rooms, all with private half baths. Amenities include: beauty/barber shop, cable TV service, guest meals, gift shop, dining room or tray service, and private telephone service.

Specialized care and services include rehabilitative therapy, peritoneal dialysis, TPN and IV therapies, respiratory therapy, pain management, post-surgical care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Family and community involvement is an integral component to our program. Our residents are encouraged to remain active participants in activities within and outside the facility, pursuing individual interests and needs. Our staff strongly believe it is important that each resident's emotional and spiritual needs as well as physical needs are met. Spiritual nurturing holds one of the highest priorities. Chaplaincy services include Protestant Ecumenical worship services, Roman Catholic Mass, specialized music worship, Bible studies, and visitation.
