Are your apartments market rent or federally subsidized?
Both. Grace Barstow Apartments and Grace Parkside Apartments are U.S. Dept. of HUD subsidized complexes. Residents HUD’s income age or disability and income criteria. The monthly rent is based on 30 % of the household’s adjusted gross annual income.
Grace City View Apartments, Grace Congress Apartments and Grace Hillside Apartments have affordable market rent. Vouchers from the City of Eau Claire Housing Authority are accepted at these complexes for residents who need financial assistance. back to top
What security do your apartment complexes have?
All entrances at our complexes are locked. At the main entrance of each complex, is an electronic directory where visitors can call the resident apartment that they are visiting to gain access. back to top
What happens if I have a medical emergency and require assistance or attention?
In the bathroom of each apartment unit is an emergency call cord that is connected to the local 911 emergency system. If you are experiencing a medical emergency you would pull this cord and medical personnel would arrive within minutes to assist and assess you.

Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, at each complex we have coin operated washer and dryers. back to top
Do you allow pets?
Yes, small pets are allowed. A nominal “pet” security deposit is required. In addition, the pet must current on all vaccinations, license, neutered or spayed and cats must declawed.

Do you provide personal care assistance?
No, put residents can arrange privately for these services to be provided to them. Our community has a number of excellent home care agencies that provide this service.

Are meals available at your complexes?
Yes, noon meal is available at all of our complexes either through the Grace Lutheran Foundation or the local “Meals-on-Wheels” program. At Grace City View, Grace Congress and Grace Hillside a daily noon meal is available through the foundation. Grace Barstow is a county nutrition site and offers a noon meal Monday-Friday. back to top
