How big are the rooms?
All private rooms with 1/2 baths are 12' X 12' or 144 sq. ft. (This does not include the B.R.) back to top
Is there a separate storage area?
No. Families store seasonal things, or under-bed storage containers are used. back to top
What are the items not included in the monthly rent?
Your medical care - physician visits, medications, therapies; cable TV, telephone service, hair care, foot care, massage sessions, newspaper delivery. back to top
Can I have my car there?
Yes. One parking space in our employee lot will be designated for your vehicle. back to top
Do you allow pets at Grace Edgewood?
Pets are allowed if the resident/family assume all care needs for them. There is a $250.00 Deposit and documentation of all current vaccinations must be on file in resident chart.

What happens if I have to go to the hospital?
Appropriate transportation (with family, a transport service, or ambulance) will be arranged by staff, and following evaluation or treatment, GE staff will re-assess prior to your return. If it is determined that return to GE would not be in the best interest of the resident, assistance to find appropriate placement would be given by staff. back to top
Can my family visit anytime and take me out for a day or for a weekend?
Families are welcome - and, in fact, encouraged to visit GE at anytime. If visit if over a meal time, and family would like to stay, we ask that you notify GE staff prior to visit so that we may plan for adequate amounts of food. Whenever a resident has a chance to visit family or friends away from the facility, notification to our staff prior to leaving, will ensure that needed medications and other supplies will be ready to go with the resident. back to top
Can any clergy come to Grace Edgewood? Do I have to be Lutheran? Do I have to go to church services?
