"Employment Opportunities" is a job clearinghouse for non-profit organizations. A one-time listing in Positions Available for WAHSA members is $15 for a direct reply ad and $20 for a blind ad. The fee for non-members for a one-time listing in Positions Available is $25 for a direct reply ad and $30 for a blind ad. A one-time listing in Positions Wanted is $5 for a direct reply ad and $10 for a blind ad. Blind ads for Positions Wanted must be submitted with 10 copies of the applicant's resume. Submit copy, not to exceed 100 words in length, with the appropriate remittance to the WAHSA office. Ads must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday of the week the EO is published.

Case Manager of Subacute & Medicare Unit, Chilton

EO-PA-48 – Case Manager of Subacute & Medicare Unit - Calumet Homestead Rehabilitation Center, a 101-bed nursing home in beautiful Calumet County, located in east central Wisconsin on the east side of Lake Winnebago, needs individual to provide direct supervision of nursing services and to assist the Director of Nursing. Successful candidate will have current licensure from the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Professional Nurse, considerable experience in a supervisory nursing position and knowledge of Medicare's Rules and Regulations. Social Worker/Admissions Coordinator, Fall Creek

EO-PA-49 - Social Worker/Admissions Coordinator - Excellent full time position at Fall Creek Valley Nursing Home. We are a 60-bed skilled Medicare/Medicaid provider. Primary responsibilities include coordinating social services and the admissions/referral process. Experience in marketing, MDS assessments, care planning, and Medicare PPS payment system preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and serving as client advocate are vital attributes. Join up with an innovative progressive team. Prior experience in long-term care necessary.
